Spend a Saturday afternoon with local and visiting authors at the first Ojai Book Festival, held at the Ojai Art Center. Browse tables of new books, meet the people who wrote them, pick up signed copies, and hear authors read from their work on stage. The festival is produced through the Literary Branch of the Art Center, Kathleen Kaiser, chairperson.

At the festival you can:

• Meet authors and talk with them about their books

• Discover new writers and find your next favorite read

• Buy signed books directly from the people who wrote them

• Listen to readings throughout the afternoon

• Grab a drink from the concession bar and settle into a seat with your new book

The festival is free and open to the public. It takes place on the patio of the Ojai Art Center, 113 South Montgomery Street, from Noon to 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 14.
